Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities-Physics in association with Heartfulness institute has organized 3-Days Online Faculty Development Programme On Lifestyle change and self-management for future scenario. Over 60 faculty members participated in the programme. Topics discussed are Meditation as a Scientific Tool for Mental and Physical Wellbeing, Self-Management through Meditation: Research perspective and Practical Session, Lifestyle change and Self-Management and Lifestyle in tune with NATURE by eminent speakers. The programme received positive responses from all participants.
