CLUB ACTIVITIES
E- Wasted: STEM Club Event
Under the aegis of the Department of Applied Sciences, the STEM Club organized the event “E-Wasted” on November 7 and 8, 2024, centered on the theme of electronic waste management. The event aimed to foster creativity and teamwork through three dynamic rounds: Ideathon, Trash Hunt, and the Trash to Treasure Exhibition.
The event concluded with an inspiring address by Dr. Anusuya Devi, Head of the Department of Applied Sciences, who highlighted the critical importance of e-waste management in building a sustainable environment. As a symbolic closing activity, participants left their thumb impressions on a commemorative sheet, representing their shared commitment to environmental sustainability and marking the resounding success of “E-Wasted” by the STEM Club.
