ENVIRONMENT DAY

Environment Day is celebrated to spread awareness on environmental issues such as marine pollution, sustainable development, etc.
It is a global platform for public outreach. On this occasion the “Math Horizon and Genesis” clubs of Applied Sciences have visited a nearby Government school and conducted various activities like quiz sessions, origami(art),singing competition and science experiments. The students were also made to plant the saplings in the government school. The club members also donated books and pencils to the school children The event concluded on a successful note.
