Project exhibition on Robo Genesis: Exploring the Future of Robotics

The Department of Applied Sciences and the Department of Mechanical Engineering successfully hosted “Robo Genesis: Exploring the Future of Robotics” on 13th January 2025. This dynamic exhibition served as a platform for first-semester Physics Cycle students to showcase their knowledge and creativity in robotics and automation.

Through an impressive array of robotic exhibits, students demonstrated their understanding of theoretical principles applied to real-world challenges. The event was designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and practical application. Students were encouraged to integrate their knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and programming to design and build functional robotic models. The exhibition displayed a diverse range of projects, reflecting the ingenuity and technical skills of the participants.

The event was graced by Mr. Narasimha Naidu, CEO and Founder of STEMX Innovative Studio for Kids. As an expert in STEM education, his inspiring words and interaction with the students further elevated the significance of the event. Mr. Naidu commended the students for their efforts and encouraged them to continue exploring the endless possibilities in robotics.

Robo Genesis” offered a valuable learning experience, imparting important skills and lessons to the participants: Problem-solving, Teamwork, Practical and Application. Robo Genesis” was a resounding success, showcasing the talent, enthusiasm, and dedication of the first-semester Physics Cycle students.

The event not only served as a valuable educational experience but also as an inspiration for future pursuits in robotics and automation. The Departments of Applied Sciences and Mechanical Engineering look forward to organizing more such events to nurture the budding innovators of tomorrow
